Welcome

OK, I admit it. I’m a baby boomer, one of the generation that ruined the world — a least as many in younger generations tell it. Not among the oldest of the boomer generation, but not among the youngest either. Retired but still working part-time. Blessed with a wonderful, close-knit family. A part-time caregiver for a widowed aunt. Trying to figure out how to live out my faith and be a light in this rapidly changing world. And not at all ready to go gently into that good night.
If any of that resonates with you, come join me on this journey as we look at what it means to age faithfully in a time when it seems as though the center truly cannot hold. I’d like this to be a place where we can discuss how, as we age, we can best navigate around the shoals of politics, through the rapids of cultural and technological change, and past the rocks of health concerns to ultimately arrive at the safe harbor of the Lord of all creation who, in fact, does hold all things together.
